Perfect fresh with icing or toasted without.
Preheat oven to 180 C.
Prepare loaf tin (25 x 10 x 11cm).
Place bananas and vanilla extract in the bowl and mix for 5 seconds on speed 6.
Add butter and caster sugar and mix for 20 seconds on speed 5.
Add the eggs one at a time and combine each for a few seconds on
speed 5.
Add the flour, bicarbonate soda and yoghurt and mix for 15 seconds on speed 4.
Pour into prepared tin and bake in the oven for 1 hour.
Wait until cool before removing from tin.
